2008-2009 Team Registration Instructions 

• Complete the 2008-2009 Reservation form, and return this form with payment to the YMCA. (Step 1).  This is for NEW and Returning swimmers

 

• If you are a new family to the competitive team, parents must request a meeting with Head Coach Michael Gobrecht.  Please send an email to info@wsyswim.org to request information.  Before requesting a meeting, please be sure your RESERVATION FORM has been submitted.  Pre-Competitive swimmers do not need to set up a meeting with Mike. (Step 2)

 

• After you have send in your RESERVATION form, and if you are a new swimmer you have met with Mike, you should return your REGISTRATION form with the fees worksheet, and the appropriate fees.

 

• Registration Form
• Financial worksheet       Charge Card Authorization           Bank Draft Authorization
• Check/Credit card for payment (payment is either in full or monthly draft)
• Parent Code of Conduct
• Swimmer Code of Conduct
• Read and understand the Escrow Account Policy (plus any money that is due)
