Complete the
2009-2010 Registration form, and return this form
with $100 administrative fee by Sunday, August 23, 2009. (Step 1)

If you are a new family to
the competitive team, parents must request a meeting with Head
Coach Michael Gobrecht. Please send an email to
mike@wsyswim.org to
request information. (Step 2)

After you have sent in your
Registration form/$100 per family Administrative Fee, you
will be assigned a practice level on Monday, August 24, 2009.
After you receive your practice group, please return your
first months
payment (based on your assigned practice level), and your
completed credit card authorization form by Sunday, August 30,
2009
If your child does not want to
participate on our competitive team, we recommend our
WSY
Pre Competitive Programs. There is no
administrative fee
for these programs. You may register at any
time. The
WSY Pre-Competitive programs
include:
